Courses Education Pty Ltd gives no warranty, makes no representation, nor gives any undertaking, whether express or implied, nor do we assume any liability, whether direct or indirect, nor responsibility for the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any information, content, courses or course materials provided by us.

Except to the extent provided by legislation, we do not accept responsibility for the consequences of or any reliance which any person may place on any course material, course or information supplied by Courses Education Pty Ltd.
Courses Education Pty Ltd will not be liable to you or any other person for any loss or damage (including direct, consequential, economic loss or damage) however caused and whether by negligence or otherwise, which may result directly or indirectly from the use of course material, or information or a course provided by Courses Education Pty Ltd.
Acknowledgment Release and Waiver
You acknowledge that if you participate in any course offered by Courses Education Pty Ltd and/or their partners, having first acknowledged and agreed to the terms of the disclaimer set out above.
You further acknowledge that Courses Education Pty Ltd is NOT an RTO and therefore does not deliver or provide Nationally Recognised Qualifications. Courses Education Pty Ltd, trading as Courses4me, is a private education provider accredited by IARC and ICOES.
You waive any right to make any claim against Courses Education Pty Ltd or any of its directors, officeholders, employees or contractors in respect of any information, course or course materials that may be provided to you or upon which you may otherwise have relied.
You agree not to commence any proceedings or take any action to enforce or maintain any claim against Courses Education Pty Ltd or any of its directors, officeholders, employees, and contractors. You agree to indemnify Courses Education Pty Ltd and each of its directors, officeholders, employees, and contractors against any liability, loss or costs arising from any breach by you of this agreement.
Claim means any claim, action, proceeding or entitlement, whether past, present or future, whether known or unknown, which you or any other person has or might have under or arising out of or in any way connected to a contract or other arrangement with us.
Us/we/our means Courses Education Pty Ltd, Courses4me and www.courses4me.com.au
Refund and Cancellation Policy
You will be eligible for a refund of fees paid ONLY if you, the student, decide to cancel within their cooling-off period. The expiration of this period is provided to you in writing along with your login details for your course. If you are unsure of your cooling off period expiration, please don’t hesitate in reaching out to us to have the date confirmed.
Upon completion of the cooling-off period, you are then fully liable for the complete cost of the course. If you wish to cancel your course after the cooling-off period is concluded and you are paying for your course via the agreed-upon payment plan (our partners Payleadr, Zeefi or Debit Success) We will take into account your circumstances for canceling, which can incur a breakage fee no higher than the overall cost of the course.

Non-completion
No refund of fees or release from financial commitment will be granted for the non-completion of studies.
Appeals or Complaints
If you believe you fit into one of the below categories:
- Have been mislead or provided with incorrect information
- Fallen into hardship
- Unwell to the extent of not being able to complete the course

Course Expiry & Access
You can continue to access your course online, permitting:
- the course remains active on our website
- you have paid/or are fully up to date with your account

T&C APPLY OF ANIMAL COURSES SALE 2023:
1. The Animal Courses Sale promotion is valid for the first 50 purchases made starting on September 13, 2023. To be eligible for the promotion, students must also enrol in courses after that date.
2. This promotion is limited to the first 50 purchases, and it is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the 50th purchase is made, the promotion will no longer be available. Additionally, it is for one course per student. Courses are non-transferable and must be utilised by the original student who made the purchase.
